The Continuous Education Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized an electronic workshop entitled “Teamwork and Job Interviews”.
The workshop, which was delivered by the assistant lecturer Awad Hmoud and the assistant lecturer Ali Abdul Karim from the Rehabilitation and Employment Division at the University, addressed the importance of developing the self-capabilities of students and graduates.
The workshop also focused on the necessity and benefits of teamwork and the stages of team formation, as it is in the interest of institutions or companies on the one hand, and their clients or beneficiaries on the other hand, as it relates to the type of service or product offered by these companies.
While the second axis relates to job interviews and the conditions and obligations they require, which ensure specialization for students, giving them the opportunity to compete for jobs within the private sector and link graduates in the labor market.
