The College of Engineering at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized a forum entitled (Camera Technology and Imaging Equipment) with the participation of a number of private sector companies.
The forum included a presentation of the latest technologies used in the field of film and television photography, photography, surveillance cameras and lighting equipments.
The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, said during his opening speech to the forum, that “the forum is a qualitative transition to introduce the latest technology in the field of digital cameras and photographic equipments, and represents a great opportunity to benefit from this technology and employ it in the field of media.”
Dr. Al-Bakri added, “The University always seeks to engage its students with the labor market, develop the capabilities and efficiency of graduates, provide job opportunities and improve their skills for honest competition, as the University has concluded many joint cooperation agreements with private sector companies in the field of media, communications and information technology, due to its conviction that the future will be represented by the leadership of the private sector in Iraq and the region.”
And participated in the forum, companies (Earthlink, FRAME VISION, AL-NABAA, ROLA, qartaj, and the University Channel).
