The Continuous Education Department at the University organized a symposium on developing human resources in line with change in organizational structures.
The symposium was presented by Assist. Lect. Hiyam Amjad Hussein from the Administrative Structures Unit, and Hadeer Mahmoud Ismail, an employee in the Administrative and Financial Department.
The first axis of the symposium focused on what are the changes in the organizational structure, what conditions must be met for innovation, and the requirements included in innovation studies.
The second axis included an introduction to the work of the Human Resources Management Department, its goals, tasks, ways to develop it, and what are the reasons that led to the transformation of the Human Resources management to electronic management.
