The Continuing Education Department at the University held a seminar on Promoting a Culture of Participation in Decision-Making
The seminar, presented by the Head of the Guidance, Psychology and Educational Guidance Division at the University, lecturer Nidal Gumar Abdul Wahid, addressed the necessity of providing the appropriate social, cultural, legal and political environment in the successful decision-making process.
The seminar included a video clip and conducting experiments on the attendees related to the human development process and encouraging the promotion of a culture of participation in decision-making and acceptance of the correct opinion that comes as a result of successful planning, and takes several forms. It either addresses a specific issue, chooses the right alternatives, or contributes to reducing losses and other results sought by departments and institutions, even homes that have a participation process in decision-making.
