In order to implement the programs and activities of the National Strategy for Higher Education for the year 2024, the Continuous Education Department, in cooperation with the College of Engineering at the University, organized an awareness seminar on developing legal skills under the title (Employee Behavior in accordance with Functional Behavior Regulation No. (1) of the year 2016).
The symposium was presented by Lect. Dr. Muhammad Karim/Director of the Legal Affairs Department at the University, and Assist. Lect. Roa’a Muhammad from the College of Engineering, where the items contained in the regulations and the obligations that fall on the public employee were clarified.
The symposium also clarified the main objective of the list of obligations to establish rules and standards of ethical behavior to ensure the correct, honorable, and proper performance of public job duties. In the event of violation thereof, the relevant laws are applied, including the State Employees Discipline Law.
