The University of Information Technology and Communications participated in the first conference for technological and scientific incubators held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, sponsored by Degla University College.

The university’s participation comes in the presence of the university’s president, Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bakri, the scientific assistant, Dr. Louay Adwar George, the head of the technology incubator department, and officials of the divisions and units linked to the university’s colleges.

During his speech, the Minister of Higher Education called for strengthening cooperation contexts between universities and society, developing opportunities for interaction, and meeting labor market variables and development requirements.

The conference proceedings witnessed a speech by the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee and a presentation by the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Haider Abd Dahd, about technological and scientific incubators and the advantages they will provide in the field of solutions related to the employment of graduates, while the conference proceedings concluded with a panel discussion for many specialists.
