As part of enhancing academic partnerships and developing engineering education pathways in Iraq, Professor Dr. Muayyad Abdul-Ridha Sahib, Dean of the College of Engineering, participated in the second meeting of the Committee of Deans of Engineering Colleges in Iraqi universities for the academic year 2024-2025, held at the educational forum of the College of Engineering – Diyala University. The meeting featured in-depth discussions on various topics, most notably the updating of curricula, the development of educational systems, and the exchange of experiences among deans to enhance the quality of education in different engineering disciplines. After the meeting, attendees emphasized the importance of continuing to hold such periodic conferences due to their tangible impact on supporting the academic journey and unifying efforts to improve the state of engineering education in Iraq.
