Performance Evaluation Forms 2023-2024
The Institutional Performance Evaluation Department has updated the performance evaluation forms for all members of the leadership, teaching staff, and employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the academic year 2023-2024, in a way that helps provide a database that clarifies the performance of members from an academic and administrative perspective, so that it can be relied upon to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement), and then take the necessary decisions and develop mechanisms that can be used to enhance the first and address the second to ensure raising the level of overall performance of the formations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as a whole. This was done by reviewing the experiences of advanced countries in this field, in a way that is consistent with global standards and indicators for evaluating academic, administrative, research, and behavioral performance after adapting them to suit the local environment.
