Women's Lifeline Marathon.





A number of students from the University of Information Technology and Communication participated in the Women's Lifeline Marathon organized by the National Center for Voluntary Work in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

The marathon was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) on the gardens of Zawraa Park and with the broad participation of Iraqi universities and civil society organizations.

The Department of Student Activities, headed by Dr. Imad Kazem Al Kaabi, and the Director of the Activities Department at the Faculty of Engineering, Assistant Teacher Tamara Zuhair, had a special role through rapid coordination with the students and staff of the university and its colleges in order to participate in this marathon.

A number of students from the Faculty of Engineering received advanced positions including 10th, 13th, 15th, and 18th centers. The marathon included more than 75 contestants from various Iraqi universities.
