نظمت كلية الهندسة في جامعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ندوة علمية توعوية بعنوان (التربية الإعلامية وبناء الوعي في عصر المعلومات)، قدّمها الإعلامي محمد إدريس مهدي، ضمن برامجها الهادفة إلى تعزيز الثقافة الإعلامية وترسيخ مهارات التفكير النقدي لدى الطلبة ومنتسبيها.

The seminar was held in cooperation between the Media and Public Relations Division and the Scientific Affairs Division. The lecturer reviewed the concept of media education and its importance in light of the rapid digital transformation and the growing influence of modern means of communication, emphasizing their pivotal role in enabling individuals to analyze and evaluate media messages, and distinguish between reliable sources and misleading information, which contributes to reducing rumors and enhancing responsible community awareness.
