Training and Development Department at the UOITC organized training course in administrative investigation and the law of employee discipline

Training and Development Department at the University of Information Technology and Communications organizes a training course in “administrative investigation and discipline law of employees.

The training course was for three days. It was presented by “Dr. Saab Naji Abboud”. He introduced to participants laws, mechanisms and legal controls, which are followed in governmental institutions, the course aims to develop the capabilities and skills of the participants administratively.
The training course detailed the discipline laws of the state, the duties and the rights of employees and the awareness of the duties assigned to them from the practical and the moral aspect. As well, the training course discussed the relationship of the employee with all other employees and customers. In addition, the penalties set by the administrative laws.
