At the behest of the Finance Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the UOITC hosted the company of Software Development Technology and Computers trading for introducing a course about government accountants program in the universities of ministry of higher education and scientific research.

The deputy manager of the company an engineer Raed H. Hameed and the senior manager of accounts Hussien S. Mahdi introduced the course continued for 3 days with attending a number of accountants of Iraqi universities and offices of ministry of higher education and scientific research.
This course aims to mechanize accountants systems, recording, categorizing and summarizing financial operations that have monetary value for knowing results of financial operations during specific time with the ability of extracting reports in high accuracy and suitable speed as required for the user needs, and saving the data for several years and easy retrieving.
The training course added qualitative transition in using software in the accounting things during the course duration for 3 days which included; showing the program tasks and nature with practical training for program information entry as well as showing and explaining the outputs of the government accountants program.
