The University of Information Technology and Communications organized an awareness campaign on the optimal use of water and improved healthy attitudes in Iraq with the support of (UNICEF).

The seminar presented by the lecturer Dalia Samer. It included a number of activities, as well as the distribution of posters and brochures which carry the logo of the organization call for the conservation of water resources.
The campaign aims to raise awareness among university students and to introduce to them the importance role of water in human life. In addition to the Prophet’s biography and holy shrines that urge the preservation of water, which is the source of life, especially in Iraq, which enjoys the existence of two great rivers and a number of lakes.

the president of UOITC, Dr. Abbas Mohsen al-Bakri praised the efforts exerted by the organizers of this campaign. He stressed that the campaign comes within the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
