Announcement: Five Scholarships

The University of Information Technology and Communications is pleased to announce the availability of 5 scholarship opportunities for the rare specialties of obtaining a doctorate without passing the master’s degree from universities in Britain,
They will be fully funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The application to the electronic system of the program of (200) scholarships on the following link http://iraqbetha.com.

Scholarships are distributed as follows:
1. 2 seats for the staff category.
2. 2 seats for the non-staff category.
3. (1) seat according to the need of the university.
The general terms and the required conditions are as shown in the picture below
The applicant must fulfill the following conditions and regulations:
The applicant must be an Iraqi citizen.
B. The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree for a doctorate without passing the master’s degree.
C) The applicant must have at least 65% of the bachelor’s degree and his / her sequence within the first ten students of the college or department.
(D) The applicant must not be more than 35 years of age at the time of submission unless he is exempted by special law.
(C) The applicant has not failed in one of the last two years of his or her studies and has not failed due to fraud at any stage of the study or from non-remittances.
(H) The applicant must be not enrolled in postgraduate studies inside or outside Iraq.
The applicant must have the approval of the institution to which he belongs if he is an employee and has a service of not less than two years at the time of submission.
The applicant must pass the personal interview test by a joint committee of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and a representative from the Ministry of Planning.
He must be of good conduct and not sentenced to a misdemeanory.
To be physically fit with the testimony of a competent medicion committee, except for persons with special needs whose status does not affect their completion according to a medical report issued by a competent medical committee.
