Department of Students Affairs at the University Participated in a Workshop on the Examination Committee System

Dr. Mohammed Qasim, the head of students’ affairs department in UOITC
participated in a workshop on the examination committee system in the Ministry of
Higher Education.
This participation comes in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of
Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims to implement the project of e-
governance and applying it in the departments of the Ministry and Iraqi universities.
It is worth mentioning that the University of Al-Anbar presented the system of the
examination committee, which was designed by the computer center at the
University, and will be followed by a training course for the staff of scientific affairs
of all Iraqi universities in order to apply it practically.
In addition, the system ensures the accuracy, coordination and standardization of the
final reports of students' results, and sending them as quick as possible to the
competent departments of the ministry to consider the critical cases and their
possible solution. It was also agreed to apply the system in an experimental manner
to add the required amendments by the universities to reach to the final copy suitable
for their work.
