Faculty of Engineering at UOITC Organizes a Seminar on Protecting Students from Deviant Ideas and Customs
The Deanship of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized an awareness seminar to protect students from deviant ideas and customs. The seminar aimed at introducing the deviant and directed methods that target the students and how to protect them. It urged Iraqi university students to recommend, advise and guide university students and monitor their behavior, especially the students of the first stage. The seminar addressed some of the negative phenomena that target this segment, including the phenomenon of the use of drugs and how to prevent them. The seminar concluded with a number of important recommendations, including attention to follow-up students and intensifying awareness activities to identify the dangers of drug addiction, especially among young people.
