Returning the Submission for the Program of (100) Scholarships
Referring to the letter of the department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations for allowing the resubmission for scholarships,
it was decided to return the applying for the program of (100) scholarships
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations had announced the submission for 100 scholarships to obtain a doctorate without going through the master’s degree in rare specialties.
Seven seats were allocated to the scholarships for the UOITC, one for university employees and six for non-staff members for a doctorate of rare specialties.
