The Student Activities Department organizes an intellectual competition for students of the college of Business Informatics

The Department of Student Activities at the University of Information and Communication Technology organized an intellectual competition for students of the college of Business Informatics.

The intellectual competition was held between the Department of Information Systems Management and the Information Technology and Business Department at the College of Business Information at the main hall of the university. A number of university students and lecturers attended the competition which was under the patronage of Dr. Emad Kazem Al Kaabi, Director of Student Activities at the University.

The University seeks to cultivate the spirit of positive competition between its students and to promote the intellectual, cognitive and cultural reality among the students. This competition is in compliance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The questions were divided into eight topics: religion, faith, economics, computer, Arabic language, literature, English language, geography, intelligence questions and miscellaneous. The questions and organizing the competition were organized by two lecturers who are Mohammed Abud Alraheem and Yasser Mohammed Abd.

The competition ended with the IT team winning the IT Systems Management Team team by seven points to four. It is worth mentioning that this competition will serve as an exit for a team of students participating in the intellectual and cultural competitions and competitions organized by the Iraqi universities.
