UOITC in cooperation with the Office of the Administrative Agent of the Ministry of Higher Education organizes a training course to use the payroll system

The University of Information Technology and Communications, in cooperation with the Department of Management of the Ministry of Education, organized a training course on the salary system in the presence of a large number of directors of financial departments of the Iraqi universities and the Finance Department at the Ministry’s center. The Deputy Minister for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Attia El-Sarraj inaugurated the training course for the use of financial systems (salaries, accounting, government and unified). The committee was then introduced to the system, including the salary system, which was designed by a team of specialists at the university and IT center in the Iraqi Commission for Computers and Informatics and was subjected to the testing and application of the quality standards of the software product, and this course comes to clarify the advantages of the system of salaries and the way of use on the approval of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and to achieve the principle of electronic governance in the departments of the ministry and Iraqi universities. The system calculates the salary of the final employee after calculating the tax and pension deduction, the allowances and the debts (by type), and the possibility of preparing three types of reports (a comprehensive report of salaries of employees and a report of salaries of a specific employee, as well as monthly budget report). The system has already been marketed to a number of government departments, including the “Financial Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the presidency of the Iraqi University and its colleges, in addition to the Iraqi Commission for Computers and Informatics and the University of Information Technology and Communications, and proved the success of the system because of its characteristics, It runs on a network or personal calculator where it provides high flexibility in handling data
