A number of specialists from various universities and government directorates participated in a complimentary workshop held by UOITC to discuss electronic archiving system.

During the workshop, a detailed presentation on the electronic archiving system and the necessity of adopting it in all Iraqi universities to consolidate the work in the e-governance project was presented.

The workshop included presenting the features of the version and its method of work which is providing a high storage capacity of data and images, in addition to providing a high level data security and protection through backup copies that keep data in the case of theft or damage .As well as the possibility to find out the exerted effort of the user of the system

At the close of the workshop, a panel discussion was conducted with the beneficiaries of the system to answer their questions about the capacity of it in its latest version to absorb all the administrative details and facilitate access to information in fastest and easiest way.
