The College of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized a workshop on (Human Resources Management – Management and Organization).
The workshop, which was presented by Mr. (Alaa Turki Jiyad), head of the Human Resources Division at the College, aims to clarify how to manage human resources and the foundations for organizing special work procedures.
The workshop dealt with several subjects, including how to obtain qualified individuals, make the maximum benefits of the efforts and workers, and identify specialized and administrative jobs.
The workshop also included many discussions to clarify the contexts of the correct administrative work in each administrative formation.
Finally, the importance of applying the laws and instructions in force properly was addressed.
