The College of Engineering at the university organized a virtual seminar entitled: Theft: its causes and methods of addressing it via the google meet platform.
The seminar presented by the lecturer Noor Muhammad Khalil dealt with the issue of theft from several aspects, the most important of which are the causes of this type of crime, whether it is economic, social, or psychological, and it expanded in this field in terms of some people’s obsession with stealing without the economic need for it and addressing the issue of the spread of theft among group kids and teens.
Emphasis was placed on the need to control this type of crime as it is a door to other more serious crimes, in addition to the material losses it causes to the state and society to society.
