The teaching head of the Department of Communications Engineering and Mobile Computing at the College of Engineering at the University of Information Technology and Communications  (Prof. Dr. Jaafar Athab Al-Ghazi) published two scientific papers, one of them entitled:

Coverage enhancements of vehicles users using mobile stations at 5G cellular

Published in the Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer

And classified within Scopus containers, which discussed improving coverage for users of wheels and public transportation within the fifth generation networks, where real field experiments were conducted in cooperation with the University of Technology as part of the joint scientific cooperation between universities.

The second research was entitled:

Performance evaluation of dual backhaul links RF/FSO for small cells of 5G cellular system

Published in the International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering (IJECE)

Within Scopus Q2 containers, where the research discusses the performance evaluation of the dual channel (radio channel and optical channel) and the information carrier in order to overcome the environmental changes that lead to frequent interruption of signals between the wireless towers of the fifth generation networks.
