The results of the “Intilaaq” Entrepreneurship Competition qualifiers resulted in the qualification of three teams from the University of Information Technology and Communications to participate in the finals of this competition, which is organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with the German Giz Organization.
It is noteworthy that the three qualified teams were distributed among the University’s colleges (the College of Business Informatics, the College of Medical Informatics and the College of Engineering).
The university participated in nine teams, three projects were selected that were characterized by the idea pioneering and employing information technology through applications that can create a qualitative leap in addressing problems in the labor market.
The jury relied on a set of scientific criteria, according to which the most useful project is selected and addresses a specific problem according to solutions and ideas that are considered entrepreneurial.
