The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the campaign of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, its universities and institutions, to provide relief to the afflicted in Syria.
This came in his speech during the central ceremony for the graduation of students of the University of Information and Communication Technology, where he stressed that Iraqi universities, despite the diversity of their specializations and paths at the governmental and private levels, represent an effective environment to achieve goals and a sublime message that begins with the human being and ends with him, as they carry neutral responsibilities that identify with the positive situation and record Its positions away from negative repercussions or unilateral descriptions.
He explained that the launch of the campaign of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its universities and institutions to provide relief to the afflicted in Syria comes in the context of responding to the voice and conscience of humanity to provide relief to the afflicted in Syria and aid its children, women and elders as a result of the repeated earthquakes.
