The Communication Skills and Relationship Management Course, which lasted for four days, was concluded in the Continuing Education Department at the University.

The course, which was presented by the lecturers, Dr. Asiya Khadir from the Media Department at Imam Al-Kadhim College , and Dr. Furat Kathm from the Media and Government Communication Department at the University, aims to enhance the communication skills of those working in this field, especially the trainees, most of whom were members of the Popular Mobilization Authority and employees of other state institutions.
The course dealt with defining communication skills and types of communication in terms of language, purpose, and audience size, in addition to identifying effective communication skills such as listening, speaking, presentation, and other skills, in addition to identifying the importance and role of public relations in building the reputation and positive image of the institution and correcting and avoiding errors thanks to the communication efforts adopted by the media and relations departments within their governmental and private institutions.
