The Continuous Education Center, in collaboration with the International Training, Development, and Consulting Team at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, organized a workshop on the training program for capacity building towards digital transformation, the fourth development workshop during this year.

The workshop aims to integrate with Aur Portal and facilitate the process of linking the work and activities of government institutions with this portal to reduce time, effort, and cost, as well as integrate with programs and maps and provide information and more than 300 services.

The workshop, presented by Engineer Amir Muneer from the National Data Center at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, addressed the integration between the Aur Portal and the work of institutions and the possibility of linking several applications existing in the portal to facilitate the process of retrieving citizen and institutional data.

The workshop focused on the fact that the portal supports the management of employee and citizen data and the retrieval, export, and processing of data in more than one way, as it is flexible and easy to use, enabling citizens to benefit from the services provided by the portal.

The workshop pointed out several benefits and features provided by the portal, including the service of unifying unified interfaces for transactions to facilitate work. The interface colors were taken from the Iraqi flag. Many employees from ministries and state institutions attended the workshop.

At the end of the workshop, a discussion was held to answer the attendees’ questions. In conclusion, the university president, Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, expressed his gratitude to all attendees, encouraging them to continue with these workshops that aim to eliminate routine, facilitate work, and reduce effort. The speaker was also honored with an appreciation certificate.
