A faculty member from the College of Engineering at the University of Information and Communication Technology, M.M. Adham Rabi’ Aziz, participated in the 9th International Conference on Advanced Technology and Applied Sciences (ICaTAS 2024) held in Malaysia
His participation in this conference, which took place from October 9 to 11, 2024, involved presenting his research titled “Design of Offset Radiation Tapered Slot Antenna.”
The paper which presented remotely, proposed a modified antenna design with an angled radiation pattern, allowing for the transmission and reception of waves at specific angles to avoid obstacles during the transmission and reception process, while also reducing the phenomenon of mutual coupling between antennas in MIMO systems.
