The university president, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, obtained a patent in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Alaa Kadhum Farhan from the University of Technology and researcher Mina Habib Madi.

The patent was granted for the creation of a smart device for precise control of drug doses, after the device underwent testing by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control.
