The Qualification and Employment Division at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized a personal marketing and CV writing workshop. The workshop was presented by trainer Nael Agha from Makers of Baghdad Company, who focused on how to personally market students and their projects. The workshop also showed marketing and sales methods, gaining customers, announcing a solid answer to sales, surveying sales, and the possibility of identifying the categories to be marketed to and collecting information about the buyer and other details needed by the labor market. The workshop dealt with developing the programmer’s work and learning programming languages, as well as the importance of communicating with customers, an example of which is the subject of customer service and answering the questions that callers inquire about and how to win them over and satisfy them. In turn, the Assistant President of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Louay Adour George, presented a certificate of appreciation to the trainer Nael Agha, with whom the university students interacted through discussions and questions.
