“Among the believers are men who have believed what they have pledged to Allah, some of them have died, some of them are waiting and have not changed their minds” (Al-Ahzab: 23).
With hearts believing in God’s decree and destiny, and with more sadness and sorrow, the University of Information Technology & Communications (UoITC) mourns the martyrdom of the master of resistance and grandson of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, who was a symbol of steadfastness and courage in the face of injustice and aggression represented by the brutal Zionist entity.
He was one of the men who believed what they pledged to God and thus gave his life for the sake of God, the homeland, and the resistance to join the ranks of his martyred ancestors. We ask God to bestow His mercy on him, to dwell in his spacious gardens with the martyrs and the righteous, and to inspire us, you and his followers, with patience and solace.
We belong to God and to him we shall return.
