The Student Activities Department at UoITC participated in the (University Portable Camp for Sustainability), which was held in Nineveh Province.
The camp was hosted by the University of Mosul and a group of private universities and colleges.

The university’s delegation was headed by assistant lecturer Nofal Majed Mohi, head of the Scouting Activities Division at the university, accompanied by four students, two from the College of Biomedical Information and two others from the College of Engineering.
Fifty-five universities and colleges participated in the camp which included many competitions, an immediate first aid course, and other activities that contributed to building a cooperative student community to instill the spirit of work, competition, and a sense of responsibility toward the nation in the students’ hearts.
The university also ranked 17th out of the total number of universities and colleges participating in this camp.

It’s noteworthy that the camp was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Agency/Student Activities Department.

The camp lasted for five days from 10/9-13/2024.
