The University’s Computer Center organized a lecture on the use of the Work Flow Engine system in the College of Engineering.

The lecture presented by the center’s team presented the software application that works to automate the workflow, as it is considered a workflow engine and is responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring the flow of tasks and activities within the services that are created automatically.
This system aims to automate business at the university or any other institution by building a workflow for each office service. The system achieves a set of goals, such as saving time and effort, raising the level of transparency in the flow of transactions, ensuring their completion under specific business rules and policies, in addition to improving efficiency and productivity, and automating manual tasks. And simplify operations.
