The University’s Continuous Education Department held an electronic workshop entitled “Instructions for Scientific Promotions in Iraqi Universities – Administrative Procedures and Obstacles” with the participation of lecturers from various specializations.
The workshop addressed the most important topics in Scientific Promotions Instructions No. (167) for the year (2017), the concept of academic promotions, the strengths and weaknesses of the instructions, and the flow of promotion processing procedures, Table No. (1), Table No. (2), common mistakes and advice for the promotion recipient.
The lecture was prepared and delivered by Prof. Dr. Sinan Abdel-Aal Naji / Head of the Department of Postgraduate Studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications.
