A specialized training course was concluded in the University’s Information and Communications Technology Academy Department, which included an ASP.NET course and a WordPress course, which aims to enhance the skills of employees in the department and provide them with the latest technologies in the field of designing and managing websites.

The ASP.NET course, delivered by Mr. Ahmed Nizar from the Cisco Department, included training participants on developing applications and websites using ASP.NET technology, which will enable employees in the Traffic Department to improve electronic work systems and provide more effective and faster services.

While the WordPress course, delivered by the instructor in the Continuing Education Department, Eng. Hassan Mu’ayyad introduced participants to the basics of creating and managing websites using the WordPress platform, with a focus on how to develop websites in line with the requirements of government work and providing digital services to the public.

The two courses lasted for a month and were attended by a number of members of the General Traffic Department, who showed positive interaction and expressed their appreciation for the importance of these courses in raising their efficiency and developing their technical skills.

This cooperation with state institutions comes within the framework of the university’s efforts to enhance the capabilities of the General Traffic Department employees in the field of digital transformation and improve electronic services provided to citizens, which contributes to facilitating procedures and reducing reliance on traditional paper systems.
