UoITC Completes the First Training Course for University Leaders and Human Resources Under the administrative skills theme, the Continuing Education Centre at the University of Information Technology & Communications (UoITC) completed the first training course for the two projects of developing and qualifying university leaders and human
resources. This training course is based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up. The course comes to implement the project to develop and qualify university leaders according to a scientific plan developed for the years (2023, 2024, 2025) and according to five axes. The first training course lasted five days from 10-14/3. / 2024. This course was attended by many departments, divisions, and units of officials at the university, its colleges, and centers, who received scientific training from qualified professors from the university.
The course covered topics of strategic planning,  organization and control, organizational structures, job descriptions, administrative correspondence, managing meetings, preparing a feasibility study, and re-engineering administrative processes. The course concluded with a test for the participants, where the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, the official of the Central Committee, Dr. Louay Adwar George, and the members of the supervising committee were keen to be present to verify the procedures of the first development course for university leaders and human resources for this year.
