The University of Information Technology and Communications organized a seminar on human resource development in line with changes in organizational structures.

This seminar is part of implementing activities and programs related to the National Strategy for Education and Training for September 2024. The seminar was presented by Assit. Lec. Hayam Amjad Hussein from the Structures Unit at the university’s presidency, along with Ms. Zainab Fahmy Ajmi, an Administrative and Financial Affairs Department employee.

The seminar clarified the concept of organizational structure in Iraqi universities and how to establish units, sections, and departments, particularly within our university. It also explained the structure of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department and how to develop human resources under the university’s organizational framework.
