In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Department of Smart Medical Systems at the College of Biomedical Medical Informatics, University of Information Technology and Communications, conducted a joint examination with its counterpart department at Al-Mustaqbal University.
The examination was held under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Intissar Shadeed Al-Mujbali.
A specialized examination committee was formed to administer the joint exam. The committee was responsible for invigilation, organizing the examination process, distributing the examination questions to students, collecting answer booklets, and overseeing the electronic grading mechanism in accordance with approved regulations.
The examination was conducted simultaneously at both universities, using centralized and unified examination questions for the two counterpart departments. This step aims to enhance academic quality, achieve unified assessment standards, and ensure fairness and academic rigor among educational institutions.
This procedure comes as part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s ongoing efforts to develop the higher education system and to strengthen academic cooperation among Iraqi universities, thereby contributing to the advancement of students’ academic standards.
