The Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications discussed the master’s thesis for the student, Saba Abdel Moneim Ali.

The thesis came in the specialty of computers science, which is:
“Development of Antelligent Hybrid Chatbot Model for Healthcare Applications”

This study comes to enhance understanding and improve the classification of the user inquiries, as a trained BIOBERT model has been used specifically on biomedical data, as BIOBERT aims to distinguish between medical and non-medical questions more accurately.

After discussing the thesis by the president and members of the discussion committee, the student received a master’s degree with an excellent in the specialty of computer science.
