The Presidency of the University of Information Technology and Communications, headed by Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, received a specialized ministerial committee and representatives from the “Samaa Iraq” company, which implements the Student Information System (SIS), to follow up on the progress achieved in implementing the system within the University. During the visit, a detailed review of the systems associated with the Higher Education Platform HEPIQ was conducted, including the human resources management system, the user management system, the faculty portal, and the main student information management system, and the University team provided a comprehensive technical explanation of the workings of these systems and the progress of their implementation. The team also discussed the challenges and obstacles facing the implementation process, as the committee expressed its readiness to address these issues, stressing the importance of continuous communication through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research platform to ensure the sustainability of solutions and the achievement of the desired goals.
