In line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the implementation of a joint examination system among corresponding colleges in public and private universities, the Department of Communications and Mobile Computing Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Information Technology and Communications, organized a joint examination with the Department of Communications Engineering at Al-Zahraa University for Women in Karbala Governorate. The examination was conducted simultaneously in both departments.

The organization of this examination came as the result of intensive preparations and organizational efforts that extended throughout the first academic semester. The examination was conducted at the same time and with unified questions, ensuring the principle of fairness and equal opportunities among students. The examination atmosphere was characterized by high levels of discipline, organization, and joint coordination.

The success of this experience is attributed to the continuous efforts made by the academic and administrative staff in both departments, and their commitment to applying the highest standards of integrity and academic honesty throughout all stages of the examination. The results also demonstrated a distinguished and encouraging level of student performance, with the adoption of the Bubble Sheet mechanism for grading answers, contributing to enhanced accuracy and objectivity in the assessment process.
