Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the adoption of a joint examination system between the colleges of public universities and their counterparts in private universities, the Department of Media and Communication Technology Engineering at the College of Engineering, organized a joint examination for second-year students. This examination was conducted simultaneously with the corresponding department at Al-Hussein (AS) University.

The organization of this examination followed extensive preparations and organizational efforts that extended throughout the first semester. It was conducted at both colleges at the same time with unified questions, contributing to the enhancement of the principles of fairness and equal opportunities among students.

The Dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Muayyad Abdul-Ridha Sahib, monitored the examination process in the field, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the ministry’s instructions and applying standards of integrity and transparency in the examination process. Additionally, several faculty members from the department oversaw the examination proceedings at Al-Hussein (AS) University to ensure proper implementation and standardization of examination procedures between the two institutions.
