The final day of the Leadership Training Program, attended by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, saw university presidents assigned to five main work areas representing the specializations of Iraqi universities. A representative from each area was selected to oversee work within this specialized framework.

Professor Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, President of the University of Information Technology and Communications, delivered a brief lecture on the area concerned with drawing a roadmap for the transformation to smart universities. He emphasized the importance of preparing specialized human resources, developing digital infrastructure, and adopting a clear transformation strategy within a well-thought-out timetable.

At the conclusion of the program, certificates of participation were distributed to the participating university presidents, affirming their active role in supporting academic development and digital transformation in Iraqi higher education institutions.
