A number of faculty members from the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC) participated in the Second Scientific Conference of the Police College that was held under the theme “Crisis Management in Iraq: Present Challenges and Future Visions.”
The university’s participation was marked by an active role of its academic staff in evaluating and discussing the research papers presented by scholars, as well as contributing to the committees responsible for reviewing the scientific papers.
This reflects the university’s distinguished academic standing and the high competence of its faculty members.
This participation comes within the framework of strengthening scientific cooperation between the university and security institutions, and of reinforcing the principle of integration between academic and professional sectors in advancing scientific research and serving the community.
The conference organizers praised the scientific level of the participating faculty members from the university, valuing their qualitative contributions that enriched the discussion sessions and enhanced the quality of the presented research.
They also emphasized the importance of maintaining ongoing collaboration in the future.
At the conclusion of the conference, the university’s participants were awarded the Shield of Excellence in recognition of their efforts to support academic cooperation and sustain communication between educational and security institutions.
