To applicants for postgraduate studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications for the academic year 2025-2026.

The University of Information Technology and Communications announces the opening of applications (rotation) for vacant seats available in the private channel.

Return applications must be submitted by applicants in person, as shown below:

First:
The rotation request must be submitted electronically, exclusively through the applicant’s electronic account.

Second:
Applications begin as shown below and will last for five days:

Application start: Sunday, July 27, 2025

Application end: Thursday, July 31, 2025

The system will be closed.

Notes:
– Rotation is only permitted for vacant seats in the plan within the private expense channel. There is currently no rotation for vacant seats for privileges.

– Submitting rotation requests shall be exclusively electronic. When an applicant submits a rotation request, the system generates a number and date for each submitted request.

– Applicants are disqualified from competing for vacant private-funded seats if they fail to submit an electronic request within the timeframes specified by the Ministry.

– No rotation request may be processed by the university until the application submission period has expired, ensuring proper organization of the process.

– The system allows applicants to submit a rotation request only if they are eligible to submit a request according to the regulations, have passed the competitive exam, and have a vacant seat in the plan for which they are applying. Otherwise, the rotation request is automatically rejected by the system.

Vacancies at private-funded locations:

(5) seats – Computer Science PhD Program / Institute of Informatics for Graduate Studies
(3) seats – Mobile Communications Engineering Master’s Program / College of Engineering

Note:
From August 3, 2025, to August 7, 2025, 5 points will be added to address critical cases based on the highest differential average to fill vacant seats for each applicant in their channel. If there are vacant seats in the private expense channel, applicants benefiting from the treatment points may submit a rotation request and fill the seat within this period, August 3-7, 2025.
