Based on the official letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Research and Development, no. (B5/7760), on (10/07/2025) and the companion volume (B5/8422) on (31/07/2025) and (B5/8981) on (08/17/2025), the Department of Postgraduate Studies Affairs is announced at the Presidency of the University of Information Technology and Communications on the results of the tenth screening “Rotation Between Universities”.

The documents required for Security Permit / Drug Test:
1. Personal photo
2. Unified National Card
3. Housing card
4. Raion card
5. A housing support (in the case that the number of the locality, street and the house is not mentioned in the housing card).
6. Filling the form of data (Security Permits Department – the University Presidency)

Drug and Substance Abuse Test:
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the Drug and Substance Abuse Test, we attach to you the following steps:
1. Entry to the link form below.
2. The electronic form is filled by the student and withdrawn a colored paper copy by him for the purpose of sealing it by the college.
3. Review the hospital in Baghdad Governorate exclusively, according to the Ministry’s instructions by the student, with whom the sealed form is accompanied by and conduct the test (and the result is not received manually by the student).
4. Receive the results of the Test by the university’s author.
