His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, awarded a letter of thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, President of the University of Information Technology and Communications.

The text of the letter, which the university president received from His Excellency stated: “In recognition of the valuable efforts you are making in developing the administrative process, which we have observed during our visit to your university.”

Dr. Al-Aboudi added in the letter of thanks and appreciation: “We congratulate you on your diligent efforts and your continuous endeavor to elevate your university, as well as your performance of the tasks and duties entrusted to you with dedication and sincerity.”
