In an initiative aimed at spreading the spirit of social solidarity and promoting noble values, the Student Activities Division at the College of Biomedical Informatics held a charity bazaar to support children with cancer.
The bazaar witnessed widespread participation and interaction from faculty, staff, and students. It included displays of embroidered handicrafts, various foods, and artwork created by students and volunteers.
This event contributed to creating an atmosphere of love, support, and cooperation among the college’s affiliates and students.
The Karkh Center Municipality Department/Municipal Awareness Department also participated in this bazaar by donating a group of plants, which added a beautiful and distinctive environmental touch to the bazaar atmosphere.
It is worth noting that the entire proceeds of this event will be allocated to support children with cancer, reflecting the college’s belief in its societal role and humanitarian duty to support this dear group. In addition, this initiative supports the Sustainable Development Goals, including Goal (3) on good health and well-being along with Goal (17) on forming partnerships to achieve the goals
