The College of Biomedical Informatics organized a scientific symposium on the intersection between the use of artificial intelligence tools and the privacy of researchers and graduate students’ data. The symposium was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Mays Abdul Hadi Muhammad. It addressed the definition of AI and data privacy, the methods used to protect data privacy, and how to maintain modernity and intellectual property rights.
The symposium also included a review of the most important AI techniques and tools used by researchers and graduate students, and the importance of supporting institutions and universities in this regard. It concluded with a number of regulations that researchers must consider when using AI tools, with the aim of ensuring data protection and privacy and making optimal use of these technologies in scientific research.
