Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi posted a photo of himself with two persevering graduates from the University of Information Technology and Communications, commenting on their success stories: Aqeel Zaid and Ali Hadi.
Dr. Al-Aboudi said in a post on his official Facebook account: “Two young men with experiences I cherish visited me. They struggled with life’s difficulties and overcame their hardships, relying on their abilities. They continued their studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications until they achieved their dreams in a unique experience worthy of pride and honor.” He added, “Aqeel and Ali Hadi are two examples whose support and encouragement I am proud to support and encourage in achieving all the bright dreams of their young, determined lives.”
Graduates Aqeel and Ali represent a unique success story after completing their university studies and presenting pioneering projects that reflect determination and challenge. This was part of the University of Information Technology and Communications’ initiative to open a university education center in Karkh Central Prison, allowing inmates to complete their studies.
